All pieces are meticulously packaged in our atelier to arrive pristine and ready to wear.

Shipping Origin: We dispatch directly from our atelier in India. Our proprietary beading technique only exists in there!
Processing Time: Smaller items (headbands, bracelets, necklaces, tassels, Paris Unchained, etc) deliver within 4-7 days. Bodypieces, large headpieces etc deliver in 7-10 business days from order date depending on your location. Major cities received deliveries faster. Larger orders with multiple items may require more time. Email us asap for urgent timelines. Peak shopping times may increase delivery time. a

Shipping Cost: We charge a flat $20 for shipping! This is actually lower than our fees. But we strive to give an you incredible experience.
Customs and duties may be charged by delivery partners such as DHL or FedEx.
Worldwide Coverage: We ship to over 100 countries. Are you traveling for holiday or an event? We can ship directly to your destination if you have a secure address such as a hotel or friend's home.

Returns: We offer a generous 14-day return policy for all new items (custom orders not included) to ensure every piece feels like destiny!
Important Return Rules: Must submit request for return within 14 days from delivery date.
Must be unworn, in new condition, clean, with original tags, packaging, and free of any debris, dirt, hair, perfume, makeup, etc. You would be surprised by what we have seen!
Custom order sales are final. However, in the very rare event of a defect, we will work closely with you to remedy the situation. Email us photos as soon as possible.

Return Process and Options:
1. Reply to your order confirmation email with your request. In many instances, we can remedy the problem without a return!
2. Must ship return within 7 days of approval and include tracking information.
3. Refund Timeline: Processed within 7 business days of receipt.
4. Refund Value: We offer two options. 1. Full purchase value issued as store credit. 2. Full purchase value minus 10% restocking fee issued as a refund to original payment method. Items found to be soiled, worn, without tags and/or packaging will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

Exceptions: All Final sale, Sample Sale, Personalized Items, Custom Colors, or Sale items in new condition are not eligible for refunds.
