We always try to accommodate everyone!Most small items including headbands, bracelets, and necklaces will ship in 2-4 days. If ordered on a Friday, it will ship Monday.
Larger headpieces and body pieces may require 5-7 days to ship with delivery 10-14 days depending on shipping carriers.Customs processes in various countries might cause delays. Please note global logistics companies are experiencing delays due to fuel shortages, conflicts, and more.

Our warranty guarantees against manufacturing defects to design or materials. Please notify us immediately if you notice any issues.If you want to replace a piece after years of wear, we offer a discounted replacement option for clients who's lifetime spend exceeds US $2,500! We want you to wear Object & Dawn for life and pass it on as an heirloom.
Not Covered:
Our warranty does not cover used items, improper use such as wear in a swimming pool or water fall - this actually has happened). Warranty does not cover shipping damage by couriers such as DHL, FedEx, postal services, etc. (This is extremely rare). In such cases, insurance is provided by couriers. We are happy to help you navigate this unlikely event. We do all we can to help our clients become and stay O&D customers for life!

Returns are super rare for us. But if you want to return an item, you have plenty of time. Request a return within 14 days from delivery date via email. All items and product packaging must be in new condition with tags. Items must be unworn (except for try on) and free from dirt, makeup, perfume, hair, etc.
